Hot Dogs

Please always use gloves when handling food.



• Turn on hot dog roller & set front rollers to 10 (you won’t need back rollers).
• Open warmer drawer under rollers (should have a bit of distilled water in the bottom-add if needed).
• Turn knob for warmer drawer to 130 degrees.
• Put 6-8 hot dogs on warm rollers for about 15 minutes.
• (Hot Dogs are located in a plastic container in the fridge under the counter. If you are low on hot dogs, please move a package from the freezer to the fridge.)
• Place cooked hot dog in a bun, then put it into a foil pouch.
• (Buns are in the cupboard under the rollers. If you are low on buns, please take some out of the freezer to thaw)
• Place fully cooked hot dogs in the warmer.
