Opening Concessions

Concession Stand Access

The CCC staff should have the door unlocked for you prior to your scheduled start time.
An ice attendant has the key & the front desk can radio him if necessary.

Plastic Gloves	Gloves are located between the hot dog & popcorn machines and above the pizza oven. Please wear these whenever handling food, so ensure that you have enough at the beginning of your shift.
Pop Cooler	Turn On Lights
Pizza Oven	Press button 3 times to preheat.
Hot Dog Roller	Turn on & set front rollers to 10. You won't need the back rollers.
Bun Warming Drawer	Check the water level in drawer under rollers. There should be a bit of distilled water in the bottom, if water is low add as necessary. Turn knob to 130 degrees.
Make Coffee	Use coffee maker and canisters to serve coffee.
Popcorn Maker	Turn on light and check to be sure you have enough popcorn bags & boxes ready for your shift.
Small Fridge	Turn the light on.
Pretzel Warmer	Turn on and check water in the bottom tray.
