Drinks
- You will want to be sure your fridges are stocked at the beginning of your shift because it takes time to chill room temperature drinks.
- Extra drinks are kept in the storage room.
- FIFO (first in, first out; last in, last out)
- When restocking, move the cold drinks to the front and put the warm drinks at the back whenever possible to ensure we are selling our oldest inventory first and so that patrons are recieving the coldest drinks.
